ReCooper8 is ringing the changes, and it starts here, now.  From this month, ReCooper8 is biggerer and betterer!  Katie Abbott will be co-hosting the show with Lucy from September, bringing her sharp wit, warm style and enviable knowledge of New Zealand music through the ages.  So, here’s our first radio-thon, all 2 hours and 15mins of it, featuring Brendan Smyth, organiser of the Martinborough Music Festival that gets its inaugural airing this month; Lisa Donaldson and Sam Ludden, local ceramicists, potters, artists and creators of Kokomai’s beautiful mugs;  Holly and Zach Winterwood and their stunning opera, Paeakau, which will debut at Kokomai this year; and Andrew Laking, musician, artist and music promotor who is bringing Vishtèn and Declan O’Rourke to Kokomai in October.

So much.  Too much maybe for one whole listen?  Well, have we got a solution for you! We’ll be breaking it all down into bite sized chunks here and on iTunes.  Think of us as the mummy penguin, and you as the chicks.
