Under Milk Wood… broadcast date pending!

Well, the recording is done, the editing has been completed, and that’s Under Milk Wood all wrapped up!

The cast had a listen through a couple of weeks ago, and we were thrilled!  Michael Wilson at Arrow FM has done an incredible job.   His skill, and patience, have brought the performance to life.  The humour, the tenderness, the pathos of Dylan Thomas’s seminal work, it’s all there, brimming with a real life that does the fictional little Welsh village proud.

On this month’s show I’m proud to be able to play Waldo’s Song, performed by Hamish Matheson (who presents EventsCentric on Arrow FM), ably supported by a raucous cast.  Hopefully, it will give you a taste of the performance of the play as a whole, and encourage you to listen to the whole play when it’s broadcast.

Broadcast dates yet to be announced, but it won’t be far off, and I’ll post here as soon as I find out.

It’s been a incredible experience – the whole cast have discovered new skills and found new friends.  Thank you Limelight Theatre and Arrow FM for what has been a fantastic journey!
