Remember when we could meet kanohi te kanohi (face-to-face) in a nice warm studio and chat, laugh and scoff chocolate with wild abandon? That’s right, I’m talking about the other week.
But, a lot can change in 72 hours, and shortly after Katie and Coops recorded the August show, NZ was plunged into Level 4 lockdown. Digits crossed we can be back together again at Arrow FM’s awesome station for the September show. (Come on Team of 5 Million! We’ve got this!)
In the meantime, catch up with the wonderful folk we chatted to on 21 August 2021. Holly and Zac Winterwood, of Winterwood Sound Immersions, got the show started in fine Zen style with a mini live sound bath! The Winterwoods were followed by Jennie Hall to talk about all the fab events coming up at the Carterton Events Centre, and Charlotte Harding to talk about backyard astronomy photography. Our evening was topped off in terrific fashion by Steph ‘Rusty North’ Fairless, the dancing feet behind Sugarfoot Stomp dance company. Thank you to all our beautiful guests. We hope that your creative endeavours haven’t been too stuffed up by our recent COVID-19 outbreak. We hope you will be back up and running/dancing/sound bathing/event organising soon!
A huge thank you as always to Michael and Veronika at Arrow FM for getting our voices heard, and to Toby Mills at Wairarapa TV for getting our faces seen! We love ya!
