On November’s edition of the show, Katie abandoned Lucy for a cycling trip in Taupō, so Coops had lovely chats, unsupervised, with local photographer Nicole Halliday of The Fire Inside Photography; and our resident stargazer, Becky Bateman (Under the Stars); and….
