A little while back I was involved in recording an under cover op – Featherston’s very own Guerrilla Gardener’s breaking ground in the centre of town, and transforming a leveled site into a little patch of colour. It was a great moment to shared, and the following day I went out and took a few snaps of their handy work, which you can see below.
About a month on, and the garden is still there, a daily reminder that a bit of energy, likemindedness and community spirit can get stuff done…. I wonder where Featherston’s Guerrilla Gardeners will strike next??
